Praise the Lord!!!!!

My phone just rang with the quick words, call me back!!!! Ok, I never know until I call back good/bad...which will I hear on the other end. This time the voice was Carol Simoneaux in a very fast voice (not her norm)....

Well, it was not good news but awesome news!!!! The dr's were going to start backing Timo off the sedation meds at 5:00 am CST but they started early. Timo is fighting and very much alert. Vicki just asked if he wanted to know why he was there and he nodded a big yes. So she is talking with him now. Both Mom and Dad are @ his bedside.

If all continues well meaning his body can tolerate being off life support the tube will come off in just a little bit, too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We've been warned they may have to sedate him a little more. Hopefully, not but if so atleast we know he is hearing and understanding and fighting!!!

Whoo hoo!!!! "I feel like praising Him" We are so thrilled! Tracie I just keep your page up 24 hours a day and just hit refresh about every 30 minutes or so...thanks for all the updates. Please tell Timo that Kate has been praying non stop for him. She has had so much faith through this whole ordeal. She too has kept your page up on the laptop right beside her bed all night and would wake up in the night to hit refresh and see if there was any "New" news!

Keep the awesome news coming!

Love,

I recieved the email a few days ago. We had this family in our church in Webb City, Mo. a few years ago and they touched my heart. When I heard this news my heart broke. As I began reading your blog last night I cried so hard. I began praying harder than I had. I realized just how much more serious the situation was. I prayed for the Lord to also put angels in the room for Timo and for them to talk to him and comfort him. I see in the pics tonight God put the angels there, his mom and dad. They are two angels that have not let up. The news is awesome. Praise the Lord!! We are so honered to serve a God like we have. Thank you for keeping us informed as you have. I will continue praying until I have news Timo is going home. Thank you and God bless you and all your family.

Hi from Jan Mosher (Susy's sis) I am just going to work and of course I have already been praying (its not quite 5am here) and then I saw your message and now I know why!!! Because Timo and V&T and all needed prayers earlier !!! I KNOW that God is keeping Timo safe and whole and pray Timo will tolerate the ET tube being out !!! Whew!! This is awesome -- so thankful and joyful for the family !! Also has God taken care of his BP and fever ??? I trust Him for that too!!!
