Lessons I'm learning...

Hebrews 10:23-24 "Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep His promise. Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works."

Romans 12:9-11 "Don't just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. Never be lazy, but work hard and serve the Lord enthusiastically."

Proverbs 16:9 "We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps."

Ecclesiastes 4:12 "A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-t0-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken."

Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God."

Proverbs 16:28 "A troublemaker plants seeds of strife; gossip separates the best of friends."

Proverbs 27:17 "As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend."

Psalm 133:1 "How wonderful and pleasant it is when (sisters) live together in harmony!"

Matthew 6:14-15 "If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins."

Proverbs 19:11 "Sensible people control their temper; they earn respect by overlooking wrongs."

These are a few scriptures I read tonight that I MUST apply to my life. There are so many valuable lessons to be derived from the Word of God.
