Redonia Update

Redonia is still very sick. She has vomited very severly all day. After a shot that should have made her sleep for 8 hours she still continued to wake up vomiting. After another consult I was told to give her Phenegran. If she is sick again during the next four hours we will have to take her to the hospital for admittance. Redonia has battled severe pain and complications for the past 7 years. Today she was found to be dehydrated and anemic. We are going to a specialist in a couple of weeks. She will probably require surgery according to the doctor today. This is something we have resisted for several years. During the appointment today Redonia told the doctor the pain has been almost constant for about 6 months. She said most days it is dull and nagging but at times it is very sharp and long lasting. Kent and I have been concerned knowing Redonia isn't doing well for a few months. Of course when we mention taking her to the doctor she fusses. Today I asked if she was ready and she said, "See if you can take me today!"

Please keep Redonia in your prayers. We know God can perform the work that is needed in her body. Hopefully we will be able to continue with our holiday plans tomorrow. If not we will still have a thankful day. God has always proven to be faithful to our family.
