65000 PLUS

Since January 23rd when I began using stat counter I have had more than 65000 hits to my blog. Yesterday I had 213 visitors. 90 were first time visitors. Ok, I'm really amazed! I don't get near that many comments. Additionally, I have no way of knowing who the visitors or returning guests are. Stat counter tracks for me and doesn't supply that information.

So.....from time to time leave your name and a comment!!! I would LOVE to hear from you like obviously some of you enjoy hearing from me! lol I'm thinking some may be long lost friends or family members. lol If you don't have a google account and you leave a comment using the anonymous method please at the end of your comment type your name. Otherwise it will just show your comment and not your name even though you must supply a name when logging in anonymously.

I hope at least some of my many posts have helped you in at least a small way. I try to be diverse enough to interest many. However, really the blog is for 'me'. It helps me to keep up with myself from time to time. I am a full time project. If you don't believe me ask my good looking hubby or detail orientied secretary. lol

Oh well, the purpose of this post is not to applaud me but rather to say thank you all for stopping by....

I'm clapping, I'm cheering, I'm giving each of you my friends a standig ovation!

Sis. Smith,

I must admit that I am one of those who normally does not post comments on someone's blog if I don't know them.

I have been visiting your blog ever since Timo's sickness. I remember coming each day to your blog hoping for a positive update & many times I was not disappointed. You see, I am an MK who lives with my sister while my parents & 2 other sisters live in Africa. I felt your pain and anguish as we all awaited for Timos reports. It kinda hit close to home.

I just want to say that I still frequent your blogs because I admire you immensly!! You love who you are & appear to be comfortable with the calling God has placed on your life - wife, mother, sister, aunt, pastor's wife, friend & I am sure the list could go on. You are such a godly example to people like me who one day dream of being all that God has called me to be.

Thanks for being such a blessing!!!

Hey Sis Tracy,

I started reading your blog after Timo's illness. I had linked to Sis Vicki on EA after reading her comments on one of the sewing groups. She had sent out a prayer request for her son and listed your blog site. I have enjoyed reading it so much. You are so positive and encouraging and I love your servants heart and hearing all about the love you have for your husband, church family and for the work of God. Please keep me in your prayers. I am 48 yrs old and getting married on Nov 15th after being single for 13 years so it will be an adjustment for me. lol I attend chruch in Bossier City, LA. Jerry Dean is my pastor.

Many Blessings,
Jerri Parker

It is awesome that so many people have visited your site and probably do everyday. I sometimes just pull it up to listen to the music. I agree with Vonnie, you do have a Servant's heart...and for everyone else...I'm here detailed orientied secretary and she is not a full time project, she is fun to work with....we make a great team! Love you lots.

Congratulations. It is wonderful when people come back but what I've heard from other bloggers is that the "lurkers" will always be with us. I believe that it is sometimes those that don't comment that are helped at times the most. Just keep on penning. Your posts are great.

I am one of those silent but daily visitors. Used to come here frequently but then when Timo was ill started stopping in daily. After all you all are like family and I had to stay in touch. Love hearing about you and the others there in Conroe. I love looking at all the pictures too. You do a great job of keeping us informed as well as having encouraging things to say. Love you all Tammye

Sis. Tracie,
Congratulations on all the hits to your site! I'm here to confess! I, too, have been a faithful reader since your nephew's illness. I've prayed with you all for his miracle. I'm thrilled at the way God is working for him. I have a soft spot for missionaries, since my own sister & brother-in-law served for 18 years.
Back to your blog! I always enjoy your perspective. I'm so touched by your genuine love for your saints. I love how you love your family. I love how you love your girlfriends. These are all things which seem to make you a true handmaiden of the Lord. You continue to be a source of encouragement to me. Keep writing and I'll keep reading. And, I'll stop by from time to time to let you know how much I appreciate it.
Blessings to you!
Sis. Becky S.
