My boyfriend and I took a little trip. We are having a great time visiting with friends that we rarely get to see. Today @ lunch I had once such teenage friend approach me. I knew I recognized him but couldn't remember his first name. Thankfully, I did get the last name correct! Wow seeing people from my teens years that I haven't seen since is a strange thing. Yes, it's been that long ago. I haven't seen since this guy since I was either 16 or 17 and I'm almost 46. Amazing that he recognized me.....please tell me it's because I look young! ha

Speaking of being with my boyfriend and visiting with my friends, I have certainly enjoyed being with my BEST friend, Jesus. While I have enjoyed each sermon (and yes I have made EVERY service) I have to tell you Bro. Shock and Bro. Huntley were my MOST favorites. Every speaker has been very good! Today was amazing. It gave confirmation to some things Kent has been feeling. In fact last week he told me of a few things he has felt for Conroe. Today they were confirmed. I texted a few things to Trent and Calah during the services. One time I texted them something that I felt and then bam out of know where Bro. Huntley said the EXACT thing!

Of late I've been frustrated with lack of commitments, people, and on and on I can go. Well, almost every speaker has spoken about the problems and pressures that they felt in '08. Bro. Mangun was the first who was brave enough to tell it. Bro. Tenny stated it this way, "A lot of you stayed up to wait for 09 to get here but I stayed up to make sure 08 left." Bro. Huntley did an awesome job today of telling how that God said "If 2 or 3..." He said God realized it may be hard to get 3! He talked about that over 500 were invited to the Upper Room but only 120 showed up. Bro. Huntley said he would have probably cancelled the event since so many were going to be sick, out of pocket, etc but it wasn't cancelled and look what happened! Wow~~ How many of us church leaders have felt Bro. Huntley's frustration. He challenged us to not worry about the numbers that may not show up or be in agreement but if we can get 2 or 3....what will happen!!! Bro. Huntley "We can do this!" I agree "Conroe can do this"

I know that Kent and I & Calah and Trent are agreed....that's 2 or 4 however you count 'us'. It's happening....I KNOW for sure that others are agreed with us too.......so regardless to the lack of whatever....it's happening. I feel in 3 years we will have to have 2 morning services to accomodate the church. I truly feel it! God spoke to Kent about these things. I wont tell in case he plans it for a sermon but Bro. Huntley confirmed it MOST direct to us today.

I feel reasonably sure we may have problems waiting on us when we get home but I also know we have a harvest that we have to plan and prepare for......EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!!
